Tami Harriott
Manager Women's Markets - Queensland, WestpacTami Harriott grew up in Delaware, USA. She majored in political science at University before starting a career in management in the banking, construction and health industries. With a strong interest in social justice and global issues, she went on to study women’s issues at University and complete her MBA in international business.
In addition to her experience in banking & finance, Tami has held senior roles in both the construction and health care industries. Her experience working in small business gives her a deep understanding of the challenges that entrepreneurial women face in today’s competitive environment.
Tami is proud to be working for a bank that is serious about its corporate social responsibility and, as part of
that, supports women – both employees and customers.
Since relocating to Brisbane from Tasmania she has actively supported women’s organisation in Brisbane like the Australian Businesswomen’s Network, Women’s Network Australia and the National Breast Cancer Foundation. Her other memberships include Australian Institute of Company Directors, Australian Institute of Management and Australian Marketing Institute. Tami has a strong interest in women’s issues and mentoring women in small business. She is a Committee member for the Australian Business Women’s Network and has been a judge for the Telstra Businesswomen’s Awards.

Simon Dell
Director, TwoCentsBorn in London and sharing a birth date with Victoria Beckham, Simon spent much of his early career working in the alcohol industry with such global companies as Bass, Interbrew & Coors.
Moving to Brisbane in 2003, Simon began in marketing with Lion Nathan, working on brands including Tooheys Extra Dry and XXXX Gold. Straight Edge was formed in 2007, which itself developed into TwoCents in 2009. Simon has a strong background in consumer behaviour, marketing and brand strategy and social media, the latter which he frequently speaks about in public or runs in-house training sessions for companies of all shape and size.
